- THE WORK
Cedria Consultancy works at both ends of a program's life. On the development side, we design programs with clear goals and that demonstrate a strong need for intervention, clearly link activities to outcomes, and with built-in tools to monitor and assess progress and outcomes. On the evaluation side, we assess the performance of programs against set goals and objectives, and report on achievements and lessons learnt in a way that both funders and boards can easily process and act on.

Who We work With

The record behind the work
We have designed and evaluated over 120 community programs. Recently, we evaluated a capacity-building and community-engagement program for Afri-Mama Peace and Cultural Initiative, funded by Africa Centre, and the findings informed the organisation's strategic planning.
Cedria's work is grounded in formal research training and field experience that includes humanitarian survey in South Sudan, and we apply Results-Based Management and GBA+ across both program design and evaluation.
